Palestine, I give you my heart.

It cries when you hurt.

It bleeds when you tear.

It dims when your hope flags.

It rages when your dignity is taken by those whose heavenly ledgers are soaked with the blood of your endless calamity.

It begs those who take your lives, and homes, and future.

It begs them to see their own recent past through your desperate eyes.

I want so badly to bring you into my arms, and send you to the eternal.
